I'm still learning the best settings to take these moon shots, and believe me I took lots before I had one that satisfied me. Early this morning the moon had a glow around it so it didn't lead to the best of photos.
The early morning sky was interesting.
There was a bit of a pink tinge appearing.
I thought there was going to be some gorgeous red skies to photograph, but only this one appeared. But there will always be another day wont' there, and maybe by then I'll have learned some new tricks with the camera.
Sky Watch shares many, many wonderful sky photos.
Have a great day and remember to keep your eye on the sky.

Great moon shots, it is always a challenge!!

DeleteWonderful moon photos! (I never have any luck with the moon!) ♥
ReplyDeleteThe first moon shot is amazing. You can even see the craters at the top edge. I was tempted to go out and take some photos of the moon last night but was too tired. I'm a sky watcher too - always looking to see what's going on and what's coming weather-wise.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great weekend. Pamela
Hi Pamela, the sky is so fascinating. There will be lots more opportunities to take moon photos.
DeleteThat's QUITE THE camera you have there!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful. I saw a spectacular moon the other morning. Of course, by the time I was dressed it had gone!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda
ReplyDeleteYou've captured the moon beautifully. I've never had much luck; guess you have to use manual settings and a tripod.
