Little Blue Hat

I recently finished knitting a little blue hat for our grandson in British Columbia.  It was a quick project and has already been mailed out to him.

I used Bernat Softee Baby yarn on 3.25 mm needles. The pattern had a pom pom on the top which I chose not to add as it had to fit in an envelope and mailed.   I saved the pattern from the web ages ago but can't seem to find it now.  It is still available on Ravelry.

I'm linking the FO (finished object) with Blue MondayMosaic Monday, and Make Something Mondays.

Thanks for visiting. Have a great day.

  2. This is so cute. I've finished all my knitting projects (for now) after making socks, a hoodie, a bonnet and some little flowers to attach to a baby blanket. They all went with me to Halifax for my neice's baby shower. Now I'm not sure what to start. Soon it will be spring and the knitting will be put away for the year, so I better get at it.

    1. You should get some simple patterns Jen, nothing like relaxing in the garden and doing some knitting.

  4. That's adorable. Remember getting a hat from Grandma & wool and instructions on how to make my own pompom in the mail. From that point on for weeks no wool was safe as I became a pompom monster.
