Hi Linda
ReplyDeleteYes, fall is creeping in here too. The morning walks are much cooler and my asters are beginning to open.
Your macro shots are good, showing the mum in her various stages.

As beautiful as they are, and the season they accompany, I am not looking forward to the next one....the "w" season. According to the Farmer's Almanac, we are in for a long and very cold winter. I hope it's wrong. Until then, I shall enjoy every lingering moment of summer! Another great reason for blog hopping! :)
ReplyDeleteNo matter how I try to bar the gate, fall is sneaking into the garden. The heavy morning dew, the chill in the air, the last desperate opening of a rose - it all says 'move over summer and make room for fall.'
ReplyDeleteSo lovely!
ReplyDeleteCrafty , Pretty mums, mine still very tight buds...feels fallish today!
ReplyDeleteWow! Thanks for sharing this great mosaic!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice week,
Markus
Fall is starting to arrive, the coneflowers are looking rather sad, but the roses are coming back. At some point my neighbours gigantic maple will be glorious above our shared fence. Beautiful photos, Linda.
