The pot, which sits in a shady part of the garden is laden with blooms.

There are many buds still to open, so I hope the weather doesn't cool down too quickly and stop them.

I love the frilly blooms, rather like pretty dresses.

A closer peek to see the underneath of these blooms.
I'm joining in with Cottage Floral Thursday and Fertilizer Friday
Take time to enjoy the garden today. With Fall fast approaching the blooms won't be around much longer.

Your fuschias are gorgeous and they are one of my favourite plants.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing,

Beautiful Fuschia! Love that you still have it blooming in September! They don't last that long in our area! Awesome!
ReplyDeleteHappy Gardening!

I am also in Ontario but the July heat just fried what I had in my garden. My window boxes and planters did OK but not as well as previous years.
ReplyDeleteYour fushias are looking wonderful and the last picture reminded me why they are called "Ladies Earings" in many parts of the world.
I didn't know that fuschia were often called Lady's Earings Ingrid. Thanks for sharing that with me.
ReplyDeleteI will always continue to marvel at the beauty around me as long as I live.
ReplyDeleteShapes, smells, colors....all EYE CANDY!
I've always thought these flowers were so pretty and dainty, but I've never tried growing them. I may have to give them a try. Yours are beautiful.

Your fuschia are beautiful and I love the last photo!
ReplyDeleteYour fuchsia is lovely!
ReplyDeleteHere in Edmonton we are finally having the heat wave that should have been here two months ago! Trees are turning colour already, my rose is blooming with another large flush of blossoms, and my fuchsia is still in bloom as well. Frost is on the doorstep, probably a matter of days away, but I will enjoy as long as I can.
Oh my!! Very beautiful bloom you have there. Awsome photos.
ReplyDeleteI just love Fuschias! Those ones are lovely.
ReplyDeletethis is the first year I didn't do Fuschia in ages!!! I wish I had!
ReplyDeletesince the summer is winding down here in Alberta, it will be nice to be able to see all the flaunts both past and present from all those who get to garden year round. I made FF open to photos from past gardens for those who are in climates that stink on ice like mine! lol
Thank you so much for linking in this week...and for flaunting with me. I look forward to many more flaunts from you!
Friday's Flaunts are a privelage for me to host. I love getting to be inspired by some of the most wonderful gardeners I have ever had the privelage of "knowing"

Linda, the close-ups of the fuschia are amazing. I used to buy them years ago, but somehow I always managed to kill them off; they certainly didn't give me the wonderful show yours have in September. Perhaps I'll try again next year.

yummy Fuschia looks like it wearing a petticoat.
ReplyDeleteI can never keep them blooming..
