The lens friends for today are a Canada Goose family.

There was the proud mama and papa with two adorable little goslings.

Just look at their reflections in the water. It was so nice to do a bit longer walk instead of laps around the living room, dining room and kitchen or up and down the driveway. I'll be back down by the bay again soon to see how they are growing.
Aren't they just perfect for sharing with Camera Critters, Scenic Sunday, and Weekend Reflections?

Looks like the second shot is having a race.

I love that second photo of those adorable faces. Almost makes me want a pet goose. They make great watchdogs, and heaven knows our Golden Retriever doesn't scare anyone.

Wonderful photos! Thank you for sharing them with all of us. Glad you were able to get around and enjoy the day.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute little family. I was down at the lake today and found out, of all things, that the baby geese got eaten by snapping turtles. I never knew that to happen. Seeing only two here with the parents makes me think this family had some tragedy too.
ReplyDeleteHey Linda, so glad to hear that you are able to get out of the house for a quick walk.
ReplyDeleteLove the shots of the Canada Geese, my fav birds.
