I'm sharing some photos of the fuschia today.

I love the way the buds open up to reveal a gorgeous bloom. These are a favourite plant for hanging baskets. They like a semi shaded area and grow best if fertilized every couple of weeks. I prefer Miracle Grow that can be diluted in a watering can.

The exotic looking blooms come in a variety of colours and I've chosen white ones this year.
Why not stop over to Tootsie Time and see lots more.
It's also the first of the month. Can you believe it's June already?
Thanks for visiting. Have a great day.

I've always loved this plant. Before opening the flowers look like little Chinese lanterns so they're beautiful in all stages.

Your fuschia is so pretty! It is also one of my favorite plants for hanging baskets, bonus is that the hummers like them too!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty fuschia. The hummingbirds really like the flowers too. I really like your new header. V

ReplyDeleteVery pretty. These hanging down from a basket are one of the loveliest sights.
ReplyDeleteMy son gave me the very same fuschia for Mother's Day. Would you believe my first ever fuschia? Who says you can't teach an old gardener to love another flower?
ReplyDeleteLinda these are gorgeous shots ! Are they with the DSLR camera you bought last year ? I am thinking of one a lot .. but then again I have my garden office coming up and that will suck up the money ? haha
