Mini Yellow Iris

Blooms that are yellow have to be one of my favourites.  And it's that time again in spring for the mini yellow iris to bloom.


Today the first of many blooms opened up.  I'm sure the past couple of days of sunshine really helped them to open.

    Love the little yellow smiles from this iris ! I am waiting for my blue ones to show their faces soon too .. this weather swings back and forth so much it is hard to depend on it for working in the garden .. you have to grab it while you can sort of thing!
