Hats On!

We have had a couple of days when we had that light, fluffy snow that just drifts to the ground.
It settles on everything and turns it into a winter wonderland.

The plants that are left in the garden have put their winter hats on.

How does Nature arrange the snow to look like pointed hats?

It isn't just the plants that have their hats on.

Inuky, my brick inukshuk, has his hat and perhaps a shawl on too.

The fence post has a rounded hat as does the fence.
Nature never ceases to amaze me.

  1. Hi Linda, We have also had a few inches of fluffy snow. My garden plants also have little hats, they are bundled up for winter. Take care and have a great weekend.

  2. Very lovely hats. I think I have some of the same photos in the files.

  3. It's funny how snow lands--when we
had our snow this past Monday and Tuesday some of the snow landed on top of our security lights outside
looked like they had hats on.
