It is a foggy morning, probably unusual for the start of January.
The temperature is +5 Celsius and what little snow we had had all but vanished. With +9 Celsius for the afternoon it will feel like a sping day.
The weather forecast for today is cloudy with showers. The sun won't be making an appearance today. We usually think of January as cold, bringing us snow and ice. I'm sure that will happen very soon, but for today I will enjoy the milder temperatures and forget winter and anticipate spring.

Happy new year! The snows melted over here, but it's set to get colder and snow again soon. I'm definitely going to enjoy the milder temperatures while I can! Lovely photos! :) x
ReplyDeleteIn Toronto, January typically means cold, but no snow. The no snow is here with a vengeance, but the day is rainy and mild. Our sky looks about the same as yours. Happy New Year, Linda; I hope 2011 is everything you wish for. It's good to be back on Blotanical after a crazy year.

ReplyDeleteI love number patterns too - my favourite, my daughter was born on 21/12/2001 - I am told that in numerology you are meant to add the 1's and 2's giving 3, the number for joy.
