A Monday Mystery Mosaic

Here is a  Monday Mystery mosaic photo for you to identify?

I'll give you a clue.  It is long and when cut at various places it has different colours.
What do you think it is?

  4. I'm writing out my list of things I need to pick out at the market today, so when I saw your photos, the first thing that came to mind is that this is a 'leek'. Don't know if that's what it is, but that's what it reminds me of.
