But the last few days of November have done a complete change and it is now close to 0 Celsius, extrememly windy and the skies have been cloudy and gloomy. We have had rain and even yesterday a few of those white bits were blowing in the wind.
All the trees are bare now so there are no more colourful reflections in the water. We are now wearing winter coats, scarves, hats and mittens.
As I am finishing off this post the white stuff is coming down. Here is the view from the back door. This photo was taken about 8:30 am and by 9 the snow had all stopped. And as the sun came out most of the snow melted away. I guess that means it time to get the boots out of the closet and dust off the snow shovels from the garage.

It's amazing how quickly our weather can change. One day you're enjoying mild temperatures and the next you're freezing your behind off. But that's Canada, eh?
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing how quickly the weather changes in the fall!
ReplyDeleteHi! Colorful now, all white the next..amazing! We don't have that here so I'd be visiting more often to see them. Thanks for dropping by.
ReplyDeleteBrrr ! Weather is changing so quickly... Luck for us you had the time to take the two first shot for our little weekly contest... :D
ReplyDeleteWhat a great series of shots, Linda! The Fall colours are lovely reflected in the water...a last burst of glory before the arrival of snow. And I love your picture with the snowflakes caught in action. We had a bit of snow here, but in typical Vancouver fashion, it's now turned into gray slush underfoot!!
