It has been awhile since I've shown some birdhouses for Birdhouse Thursday.
In the summer we visited Birdhouse City in Picton and I took lots of photos. Did you know that birds go on train trips? This is their mode of transportation.
I wonder where they are headed? Probably down south as it's a long way to fly.
And after their long trip they need to stop at McDonalds for some refeshement. I hope they make some healthy choices.
These are a couple more of the fun birdhouses you can see if you stop by McCauley Mountain and visit Birdhouse City. Birdhouse Thursday, hosted at Cheep Rooms, is the time to show off some birdhouses from your garden or ones you might have seen out on your travels. Thanks for visiting today. I hope you can take a moment to leave a comment and say hi.
Brilliant bird house, the train is so cute! :) x
ReplyDeleteReally clever birdhouses. I like the railroad car very much.
ReplyDeleteLinda, that train is really cute. I have seen some interesting bird houses in Birds and Blooms magazine, but that train is super.
ReplyDeleteThe train makes perfect sense. It is a long trip to fly South for the Winter. Now we know how they do it. Thanks for adding to CheepRooms.
ReplyDeleteAw, those look so cute!
ReplyDeleteThose are such cool birdhouses. I should make it a point of visiting Birdhouse City in Picton.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Linda ! I never thought I would see a McDonald's birdhouse !!!
ReplyDeleteNow that is too funny and yes we have to encourage them to make healthy choices don't we ? .. now I have seen just about everything : ) LOL
Hi Linda
ReplyDeleteWho would have thought the birdies like McDonalds? If it's free and nutritious I guess they'll eat anywhere. :-)
Judith

ReplyDeleteWhat unusual birdboxes.
ReplyDeleteThose are super creative birdhouses! I wonder if they sell takeouts for birdies? ;-)
