Coral Dawn

It's time once again for Friday's Flower.

About a week ago I shared some photos of roses that were gifted to me from a friend.  Today I'm showing a coral dawn climbing rose that I received.

This rose has already sent off a couple of good climbing shoots and produced some gorgeous blooms.  This is listed as an everblooming climbing rose with large coral to rose-pink double flowers.

These photos were taken about a week ago.  Since then we have had lots of heavy rain which has caused the blooms to drop.  I'm already looking forward to seeing masses of blooms on this rose next summer.

Thanks for visiting today. I hope you can take a moment to leave a comment and say hi.

  1. Beautiful! What zone do you live in?
I posted some gorgeous begonias today, but usually by October they would be long gone.

  5. I have been dreaming of a lovely soft pink rose that I would like to plant at our farm, [when we get it].

And then I want to photograph the blooms in antique vases, and jars, a whole new line of cards are just waiting to get out there from my mind.

  9. Beautiful. Our late flush of roses has been great due to the rain we had.
