A week or so ago my husband spotted the swallows checking out this birdhouse. I didn't see them for well over a week. But last weekend I was able to capture a photo of one of them sitting on the perch and one as they were peeking out the hole.

Great shot of the barn swallow. You provide an all purpose home for wayward birds.
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Looks like that little bird hit the jackpot with a cozy home!
ReplyDeleteWhatever his name - looks quite proud of his new home.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure they are very grateful for the home you have provided! As I have been working outside a lot these days (little time to blog or read); I've noticed our bluebirds have little ones. It is always so much fun to watch, no matter what kind of bird!!
