2sDay Rabbits

It's 2sDay.
We have had 2 cute bunnies hopping around the back garden lately and I managed to capture both of them in the same photo.

I know some people don't like rabbits in their garden as they do a lot of damage.  We live out in the country with lots of open fields behind us so it is hard to keep them away from the backyard.  We have lots of grass and wild plants for them to nibble on so we don't mind them.  And they are lots of fun to watch.

So for today's 2sDay photo I'm sharing 2 pictures with 2 bunnies in each one.

Thanks for visiting today. I hope you can take a moment to leave a comment and say hi.

  1. We have rabbits to and we feel the same. They really liked to nibble those cedars that we took out in the fall (our only regret), but there seems to be plenty of natural food, other than my perennials.

Do they bother anything in your garden? Something nibbles my spring bulbs when they begin to come up, but I sprinkle a touch of bloodmeal around and that seems to do the trick. (Could also be the red squirrels - I've never actually caught anything in the act.)

  2. Hi Linda! They are cute creatures, indeed, and you took good pictures! I see them behind my garden from time to time. I don't notice any big damage. Maybe, they smell our dog and don't cross the border?

  3. I love rabbits but if they ate my lettuces I'd be pretty pissed off. I think we might have a mole in our garden, and the quails definitely nibbled some lettuce leaves.
