The Heron's Shadow




Here is one of my favourite photos, first because it is of the heron, my favourite water bird, and second because of the shadow of the heron.

I have this image printed and framed as a wonderful reminder of our trip to British Columbia.

  14. This is a super photo! We quite often see a heron on the riverbank in the town centre - I think they are fabulous birds!

  15. That is a great shot of the Heron. They are one of my favourite birds too. I never seem to get close enough for a clear shot though! They are always almost indecipherable in the distance.
